Netratvshaala

Netratvshaala aspires to create young, talented leaders in every walk of life, all over the country. Leadership that is - of the people, by the people, for the people. We aim to walk beside our students at every step of their way and help them reach the summit of their leadership journey.

We believe in a leadership that is integrated and intersectional- spanning across all three domains of public life, namely Politics, Entrepreneurship and Governance that is based on our philosophy of Ideate, Lead and Change.

About Us

Ideate

By combining the un/conscious with rational thoughts, logical viewpoints and imagination, we believe in delivering the most accurate and creative answers to society's most pressing questions. At Netratvshaala, to ideate is to translate problems into solutions.

Lead

A leader is someone who knows the way, goes the way and shows the way, and at Netratvshaala, we create our way when there's no way out. We aim to build leaders who don't create followers. They create more leaders, a regiment of their own.

Change

There is nothing permanent except change. It's often said that progress is impossible without change and at Netratvshaala, we only move forward. Together we want to turn individuals into leaders who'll be prepared for the winds of change in life and cope with the changes as true leaders.

Netratvshaala initiative

AARAMBH

“AARAMBH” is a program that includes a series of workshops cum competitions that will be organized at school, college and university levels to introduce the students to the world of Entrepreneurship through a unique and interactive syllabus. It is an initiative of Netratvashaala through which we would like to contribute towards developing and promoting the startup ecosystem in Uttar Pradesh.
