Engaging the keen and bright young minds to create enormous enterprises and training the nascent entrepreneurial flair in them, are two of our major objectives. We actively engage in synergetic collaborations with esteemed organizations and institutions across the country, designing and conducting various programs in order to create young, talented leaders in every walk of life, all over the country.

We, at Netratvshaala, believe in Leadership – of the people, by the people, for the people. Leadership that is integrated and inter-sectional spanning across three domains of public life, namely Governance, Politics, and Entrepreneurship, based on our philosophy of Ideate, Lead and Change. There is a potent idea that is taking shape in every young mind, we just aim to nurture it and encourage them to realize the true potential – of the idea and themselves. There are three crucial steps in any great entrepreneurial journey – Conception, Ideation, and Execution. At Netratvshaala, we aim to walk beside our students every step of their way and help them reach the summit of their leadership journey. Acting as a viaduct between aspiring students and a plethora of opportunities.

Netratvshaala provides mentorship and equips the students with all the essential skills needed to create a niche for themselves in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
